In 1990 I became a real estate agent and by 1997 my partner and I went on to buy the Remax franchise where we were working at. I grew this Quebec franchise from 92 agents to a little under 300 in less than 3 years. I quickly understood that this is what I love to do. I loved to develop real estate offices! My love for meeting agents and helping them to excel while making sure that they all have exactly what they need to do exactly that, excel, is my passion!
Let us fast forward a little, being a true entrepreneur, I did a few other things in between like owning and operating an award-winning restaurant for 5 years, although I enjoyed that, I realized that I missed real estate, so here we are again…
In 2012 I was asked to join a great team that brought Keller Williams Realty to Quebec. With that team, I launched 3 Keller Williams offices throughout the province. My role was to oversee the running of the KW offices, even with 80% of my time spent on expansion, I truly loved assisting agents build their teams and consulting with them.
Be it for their branding or holding them accountable…anything they needed assistance with, I was there for them!
When I decided to move along and left my prior brokerage, I was contacted within a month or so by 3 international real estate companies to have me bring their banners to Quebec. Honestly, it was flattering to get this attention from each of these companies, they were all great companies, however, one really stood out for me!
After doing my due diligence very carefully, I chose the company that I wanted to be part of. I wanted to be part of the future of real estate, I wanted to be with a company that had a vision that really and truly resonated with mine.
